Ken Deason, CPA Managing Director Ken graduated from Florida State University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in accounting. He began his public accounting career with Coopers & Lybrand in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In March 1984, he joined Oliver & Company, P.A. He is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, the Tax Division of the AICPA, and serves on the Oliver & Company, P.A. Board of Directors. Ken presently serves as Oliver & Company, P.A.'s Managing Director and Director in charge of Accounting and Auditing Services, with oversight responsibility for all audit and review engagements, with extensive experience dating back to 1973. His other work experience includes federal and state income taxation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, fiduciaries, not-for-profit organizations, and various management advisory services including the development of a twenty-year capital expenditure plan for a local governmental unit and rate studies for solid waste collection and disposal operations and landfills.	Brittany Green Audit Manager Brittany graduated from Saint Leo University and received her Bachelor in Accounting in 2006 and her MBA with a concentration in Accounting in 2007. Brittany joined Oliver & Company, P.A. in 2006. She has over five years experience in the accounting field and she specializes in auditing governmental and not-for-profit organizations. She also prepares tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Brittany is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisior and she is also a member of the North Suncoast FICPA Chapter.	Jessica Bleser Accountant Jessica graduated from Saint Leo University with her Bachelor in Accounting in 2006 and her MBA with a concentration in Accounting in 2007. Jessica joined Oliver & Company, P.A in 2008. Her experience includes over five years experience in accounting and tax return preparation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. She also has over three years experience auditing governmental and not-for-profit organizations. Her professional memberships include Business Networking International (BNI), North Suncoast FICPA chapter, and Hernando County Young Professionals.
Kathy Kiefer, CPA Kathy has a Bachelor and Master of Science from Ohio State University. In 2000, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Leo University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. In January 2001, she received her CPA license and joined the firm. Professional memberships include the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.	Karen Dzafic Administrative Assistant Karen has been with Oliver & Company, P.A. since 1984. She has a broad range of experience in accounting, employee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and marketing.	Tammy Amsler Receptionist Tammy has worked at Oliver & Company, P.A. for four years. She has a Bachelor of Church Music from The Baptist College of Florida. In addition to being the receptionist, she manages the electronic filing system for the firm as well as the website.
