Clint graduated from Florida Southern College in 1966 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. He began his public accounting career with Coopers & Lybrand in West Palm Beach, Florida.

 

In January 1981, Clint merged his Brooksville accounting practice with the existing founders of Oliver & Company, P.A. In 1986, he moved his residence to Spring Hill and assumed management of the Spring Hill branch.

 

Clint is a member of the American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Suncoast Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of Spring Hill where he was a past president. He serves on the Oliver & Company, P.A. Board of Directors. He is formally a member of the North Suncoast Estate Planning Council and the former Treasurer of the Chamber of Commerce.

 

Early in his career, Clint acquired five years of experience in the auditing field, while working for  Coopers & Lybrand. He is also knowledgeable in a variety of tax areas including personal and business income tax, not-for-profit organizations, estate, trust, and gift tax.

 

Mary has been with Oliver & Company, P.A. for over 18 years and is the Bookkeeping Manager. She has over 35 years of experience in accounting, all types of payroll taxes, sales tax, and preparing corporate and individual taxes.

 

 

Linda received her Evangelical Teachers Training Certificate from The Free Gospel Bible Institute in Export, PA. in 1987.  She used her training to teach and lead music at her local church for 11 years. She also worked full-time as a receptionist for 17 years before moving from Pennsylvania to Florida. She joined the firm in 2008.
